By using the Talky platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Talky is a video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration platform developed by ARPANET Information Technologies Inc. The platform includes video conferencing, instant messaging, whiteboard, calendar, notes, contact management, and file sharing services.

3. User Account

You need to create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your account information with third parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the following rules when using the platform:

•Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
•Respect the rights of other users.
•Do not misuse the platform or engage in harmful activities.
•Do not attempt unauthorized access.
•Do not share malware or spam content.
•Do not share content that infringes copyrights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Talky platform, its logo, design, and all content are the intellectual property of ARPANET Information Technologies Inc. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

6. Service Level

Maximum care is taken to ensure uninterrupted operation of the platform. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." ARPANET cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, data losses, or business interruptions that may arise from the use of the platform.

8. Account Termination

Accounts of users who violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Users can request deletion of their accounts at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-platform notification.

10. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
